• 1993 > HOUVENAGHEL HENNEQUIN : Acquisition of the HENNEQUIN company (Lyon) set up in 1930 by Mr HENNEQUIN. Rational: enlarge business perimeter on turnkey solutions.

• 1998 > HOUVENAGHEL HENNEQUIN : Acquisition of the GROEL company (Bordeaux) – mainly working for French Army. Rational: increase business with French Army.

• 2000 > 2H ENERGY : Acquisition of HOUVENAGHEL HENNEQUIN by IVECO Motors. Rational: In house production of generating sets vs. purchase from Himoinsa, leveraging in house engine production.

• TODAY > 2H ENERGY : Integration to Groupe Cahors.
